2. Principle:
(1) Each household electric energy metering unit: It is mainly composed of voltage and current sampling and special electric energy meter chips (such as BL0932B, ADE7755, etc.). Its task is to complete the accumulation and storage of each user's power consumption, and at the same time convert the power into corresponding pulses to be output or sent to the single-chip microcomputer for processing. The household electric energy metering unit is centrally installed on a printed circuit board, and its area is smaller than a paper cigarette box, one for each household, and each household is individually measured, without affecting each other.
(2) Single-chip microcomputer system: It is an intelligent data acquisition, processing and control unit. The entire system is installed on a printed circuit board with a square of about 200*80mm2. Its task is to receive and store the power of each user, control the public display after processing, display the power of each household (or remaining) regularly and in turn, control external communication, complete meter reading or remote control and other tasks.
(3) Output part: It mainly includes public display and external communication and control interface. The public display displays the account number and power of each household in turn, and can work continuously for 24 hours, and users can check their consumption at any time. It is not difficult to see that the above-mentioned centralized multi-user electric energy meter is a high-tech product that combines electronic technology, computer technology and communication technology. It has a small size and can accommodate a large number of households (the area of a 24 centralized multi-user electric energy meter is about 1/3 of the simple centralized installation with a single meter), and it also has the function of one household and one meter. It is worth mentioning that there is currently another type of centralized multi-user electronic energy meter on the market. The sampling is carried out separately for each household, but the calculation of the electricity consumption of each household is done by the same chip or single-chip microcomputer system. . This kind of watch does not have the function of one household one watch no matter from the structure or the principle point of view. Another problem is that the calculation of the electricity consumption of each household is done by the same component, that is, the calculation of the electricity consumption of each household has to wait in a queue and cycle. This will inevitably cause errors in electricity metering, and the greater the number of households, the greater the error.
