Rare din-rail smart DC meter
With the release of 5G network and the popularization of solar power, the market demand for DC meters is increasing. Smart DC meters can directly replace conventional measuring instruments. As an advanced intelligent and digital front-end collection element, this power meter has been widely used in various control systems.
At present, DC meters in the market generally have problems of poor accuracy and high cost. In order to meet market demand, YTL has recently developed a low-cost, high-precision, small-size smart DC meter. This is a DC metering device that uses shunt sampling, supports RS485 communication, and communicates with the concentrator through RS485 to upload data to the system platform. It uses din-rail installation, has the characteristics of good reliability, small size, beautiful appearance, easy installation and so on.
The DC meter has RS485 communication and uses DLT645 protocol for parameter setting and data reading. DC measurement, using shunt sampling, can measure DC power, current and voltage. There are alarm and event functions, over and under voltage, over current alarm (threshold value can be set), the device itself stores the last 20 records when it occurs. The LCD display has a backlight function to display DC power, current, voltage, and rate power. Data can be displayed by pressing an external button to turn the page.
Smart DC meters are designed for applications such as DC screens, solar power supplies, and telecommunications base stations. The meter can measure current, voltage, power, and energy in DC systems. It can be used not only for local display, but also for connection with industrial control equipment and computers to form a measurement and control system.
