The basic power parameters
l Voltage:
220V indicates single-phase;
2×207/380V indicates two-phase four-wire;
3×200/380V indicates three-phase four-wire;
3×100X indicates three-phase three-wire
l Current 0.25-5 (100) A
the minimum measurement current of 0.25A,
the maximum measurable current of 100A.
l Accuracy Level
A level represents 2 level,
B level represents 1 level, B level is the most commonly used for residential households;
C level represents 0.5 level, C level is mainly used for factories and other large users;
D level represents 0.2 level, D level is a high-precision energy meter for substations, power plants.
l Certified
MID,M22 0598 in the above chart means that the meter is produced by MID through the certification in 2022, 0598 is the enterprise code of MID electricity meter certification.
CPA,Energy meter is a measurement product in China need to be CPA certified, in the meter nameplate must have the CPA certification mark.
STS,The Standard Transfer Specification (STS) describes a secure message system for carrying information between a point-of-sale and a meter, and is currently finding wide application in electricity metering and payment systems.
KEMA,from medium-to ultra high-voltage, can be tested, satisfying today's increasingly demanding criteria for performance and safety.
UKCA,indicates conformity with the applicable requirements for products sold within Great Britain.
l Pulse constant
1000imp/kWh means the active pulse constant is 1000;
1000imp/kvarh means the reactive pulse constant is 1000;
pulse constant 1000 means the indicator flashes 1000 times for 1 degree of electricity.
l insulation protection symbol
0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ type insulation protection, Ⅱlevel is the most commonly.
l Measurement
the meter can measure the current direction that the meter can be bi-directional measurement (can measure the input power, output power), smart meters are basically designed to meet the bi-directional measurement, suitable for new energy generation of electricity occasions.
Indicates a single direction of measurement, that is, absolute value measurement, even if the current in and out of the line can also be measured normally.
l Sampling devices
the symbol indicates that the meter uses three sampling devices, generally refers to the three-phase four-wire energy meter.
This sampling device symbol there are many, single-phase two-wire, single-phase three-wire, two-phase three-wire, three-phase three-wire, etc. have different symbols.
The above symbols and numbers are the basic contents of the energy meter nameplate, and understanding the meaning of these contents will help us people to make selection when purchasing energy meters.
